 To produce a quality product it is essential that we select our coffee beans from the finest available. Coffee is grown and processed in over 80 countries, so we research at length to select the finest Arabica beans. These are offered as pure estates or as specially selected blends. By visiting the countries of origin we have been able to assure ourselves that we can provide our customers with only the best raw materials. After selecting the beans, our highly trained staff blend the variants to produce a balanced cup. Skilled roasting techniques are essential to develop the taste characteristic to each source.
At any time we hold over 30 different coffees, many being specialities from within a producing country. For  example, as well as Ethiopian (Mocha) Djimma, we hold five other Ethiopian coffees, each having its own special characteristics.
Our teas have also been carefully selected to offer a comprehensive range to our customers. We hold a wide range of original teas, specific gardens and flavoured teas. To complement the list we have herbal and fruit tisanes. Most are also available in tagged or untagged tea bags.
